How quickly can you let my property?

We aim to list on all major portals within 24 hours of onboarding. Most properties receive their first viewing within a week and an offer within two.

How much do you charge?

Full management is 12% of rent plus VAT. Let-only is one month's rent plus VAT. Referencing is £72 per person. Everything is set out before you instruct us.

Do you manage properties overseas owners?

Yes. We have a bilingual team and a dedicated overseas-owner portal — bank transfers, quarterly statements and video inspections are standard.
